Our Process.
Assess it.
Our team listens to the customer and defines the current pain points of the existing solution. By understanding the industry, market and customer, our team has a good understanding of where to start.
Define it.
Our project team works on creating the official Scope of Work that outlines the project brief, execution plan and timelines to execute the project on time and on budget.
Strategize it.
Our CX Designers will create the perfect strategy by mapping the customer journey, defining user personas, design and inspiration board and creating the path for a successful implementation.
Design it.
Our team of designers, animators and developers are here to storyboard, create wire frames and design and animate all aspects of the creative elements required to bring the experience to life.
Engineer it.
Once we have created the perfect experience, our team of engineers will run a variety of tests to QA the solution to ensure that it will run without issue. In addition our team will work with all additional parties necessary to ensure the technology elements fit as they should.
Launch it.
Once everything has been procured and tested, we will handle the installation and launch the experience into your retail environment. We ensure that everything is functioning and will continue to monitor the technology and support as needed throughout the program.
