WHO WE ARE

Innovations in CX was founded with a purpose of creating unique and meaningful experiences for retail brands to make lasting connections with their consumer. Designed as “The Solution Through Technology” our team is able to create impactful and interactive touch points throughout your environment that can allow the customer to drive their own experiences. The ICX team has over 10 years of experience creating these unique experiences for a variety of retail companies across the globe. The core of our methodology is centered around CX design and defining the appropriate customer journey that drives the type of experience we’re looking to create. Through our engineering, design and planning teams, we are able to bring that concept to life. Our team has worked in the retail sector for over a decade providing technology, creative and direction to our client’s brand through dynamic and interactive messaging.

Meet Our Founder

Eric Donnelly CEO | Solutions Engineer

Eric studied Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan focusing on the optimization of complex processes, systems and organizations by developing, improving and implementing integrated systems designed to improve the overall experience. After he received his degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering, he moved to New York City to pursue his dream of working in the big city and allow a blend of his technical experience to the world of marketing and retail experiences.

A few years later, he was integral in launching a digital and interactive division for the company called MagicInk Interactive. He grew that business from a small concept to a large and successful operation as the VP of Operations and Business Development. The success of the MagicInk brand and services caught the eye of a multi billion dollar global company looking to expand it’s services into the custom solutions design of technology into their business model. In 2016, Panasonic acquired MagicInk and made Eric a Senior Solutions Engineer within the business group. At that time, Eric was assigned as the lead to a large, global project for Ford Motor Company. Eric relocated to the Detroit area to support this initiative and designed the technology program for dealerships around the globe focusing on creating a better experience through technology focusing on trust, transparency and an easy way to control and monitor the content and displays remotely.

In 2019, Eric left Panasonic to follow his dream and start his own company, Innovations in CX, to continue his passion on creating the perfect Customer Experience while keeping the focus on technology. Eric has maintained his relationship with Ford Motor Company and now ICX has been a core support team for their US and Global markets regarding the future of technology within their brand while exploring new opportunities in the world of retail.
